Welcome to CADscape.dev. By creating an account or using CADscape.dev ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when signing in with Google.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans (e.g. Pro) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem is the seller of record for these transactions: it processes your payment, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and issues your receipt.
• Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.
• You may cancel at any time; you'll keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to infringe on others' intellectual property, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any designs, models, and projects you create with CADscape.dev.

5. Service Availability

WebCAD is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
